DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1: PARTIES

1.1. SELLER INFORMATION

1.2. BUYER INFORMATION

The Buyer is the natural or legal person who places an order on www.poyraznetwork.com and whose details appear on the order form.

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the parties' rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the product or service ordered electronically on the SELLER's website, under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 3: PRODUCT AND PAYMENT

The type, quantity, sale price, and payment method of the ordered products consist of the information approved by the BUYER when the order is completed. The BUYER represents and warrants that this information is accurate.

ARTICLE 4: GENERAL PROVISIONS

• 4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and approved all preliminary information about the product's essential qualities, price, payment method, and delivery.
• 4.2. The SELLER must deliver the product, complete and with any warranty documents, to the address stated in the order within the statutory 30-day period.
• 4.3. Shipping and delivery fees are borne by the BUYER unless otherwise stated.
• 4.4. Packages found damaged at delivery must not be accepted and a report must be drawn up with the courier. If no report is drawn up, the product is deemed delivered undamaged.

ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For distance contracts relating to the sale of goods, the BUYER may reject the goods and withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery to the BUYER or to the person/organization at the address specified by the BUYER, without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason. To exercise this right, written notice must be given to the SELLER within this period and the product packaging must be intact.

ARTICLE 6: CASES WHERE WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

The right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:

• Products prepared in line with the BUYER's special requests or personal needs.
• Software, digital content, and computer consumables (toner, cartridges, etc.) whose packaging, seal, or pack has been opened.
• Services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly (license keys, codes, etc.).
• Electronic hardware that has been installed or activated.

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY AND STOCK

If the ordered product is not in stock, the SELLER must inform the BUYER and refund the total amount paid within 14 days. The BUYER is informed of delays caused by technical issues or force majeure.

ARTICLE 8: DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER defaults on credit-card transactions, the BUYER accepts that interest will be payable under the card agreement with the bank and that they will be responsible for costs arising from legal proceedings.

ARTICLE 9: COMPETENT COURT

For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees within the officially announced annual value limits, or Consumer Courts at the BUYER's or SELLER's place of residence, have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 10: PRICE AND PRODUCT UPDATES

Product prices may be updated by the SELLER according to market conditions. The SELLER is not liable for price changes that occur before the order is confirmed. In case of obvious pricing errors caused by typing mistakes, the SELLER may cancel the order and refund the amount.

ARTICLE 11: TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Technical support for purchased hardware and software is limited to the product brand's authorized services and the standards in the user manual. The SELLER is not liable for user-caused data loss or damage from incorrect installation.

ARTICLE 12: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The BUYER accepts that information given at order time may be used by the SELLER for order fulfillment, invoicing, and statistical analysis. Personal data is protected under KVKK and is not shared with third parties except where legally required.

ARTICLE 13: FORCE MAJEURE

The parties are not liable for failure to perform in events that did not exist or could not be foreseen when the contract was made and that are beyond their control (earthquake, flood, war, cyber attack, epidemic, etc.). If this continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the contract unilaterally.

ARTICLE 14: ENTRY INTO FORCE AND APPROVAL

When the BUYER confirms the order and completes payment on the website, they are deemed to have read and accepted all articles of this agreement. The agreement is recorded digitally when the order is completed.
